It is a time to slow down\, nurture yourself\, and realign body and mind with the rhythm of the season. \n  \nThis ceremony is accessible to all levels—no prior experience is needed. You will leave feeling calm\, renewed\, and more connected to yourself and the world around you. \nPlease bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
