What Will You Learn?

  • Through this program, you’ll build a strong foundation for your yoga practice by developing strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness.
  • We’ll work on alignment, technique, conditioning, and functional movement to help you move with more control and confidence — both on and off the mat.
  • The program is designed to support long-term progress, creating the physical foundations needed for more advanced transitions, inversions, arm balances, flexibility work, and a deeper overall practice in the future.

Course Content

Online Yoga
4 live classes designed for all levels and intermediate students Each session offers a different focus helping you build strength, refine your technique and stay consistent in your practice. All classes are recorded and available for 30 days, so you can revisit them and practice as many times as you like throughout the month.

  • Hatha Yoga — June 3rd at 19:30 | All levels
  • Yoga Drills — June 10th at 19:30 | Intermediate
  • Inversions & Arm Balances Workshop — 17th of June 19:30 | All Levels
  • Strong Yoga — June 24th at 19:30 | Intermediate

On Demand classes
Get access to pre-recorded classes for 30 days, so you can practice specific asanas, enjoy full flows at any time of the day, and explore different styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
