Sol & Kathy

Meet your teachers

Sol and Kathy are two Latinas who have been living in Europe for many years, sharing their greatest passions: yoga and nature.

Both began their journey with yoga as a complement to their careers in marketing and communication. What started as a personal practice slowly transformed into something more — and, almost unexpectedly, they found themselves teaching.
From that moment on, their lives changed completely.

In 2025, they met during a Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa teacher training, and the connection was immediate. 
They knew right away they would create something special together.

In 2026, they began teaching live classes together at Yoga Loft Engadin, and decided to bring their vision to life: an Online Yoga Program designed to support students throughout the year — with the intention of expanding into trainings and retreats around the world, sharing yoga and joy wherever they go.

Since 2020, she has transitioned from a corporate career into a dedicated path of yoga and movement.
Her classes focus on progressive movement, awareness, and control in postures and transitions, while supporting students in their practice and goals.
