Turn your world upside down in our handstand workshop with Chris.

This workshop is all about playfulness and having fun with your hands while exploring the world from a new perspective—upside down!We’ll work on pre-conditioning exercises to help you understand the mechanics of the movement and progressively build towards achieving a handstand.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an advanced yogi to join!

This workshop is designed for all levels.

However, for a positive experience, it would be helpful if you can hold a crow pose or do a pull-up.
