Outdoor Yoga at Lej Marsch

Start your day in a full body – all levels practice outdoor if the weather allows 🙂

We meet 8:30 in Lej Marsch, St Mortiz and we practice inside the nature.

With every sequence, you will find the challenge and care that you need and if you want, you can swim after the practice.

Remember to bring your own mat and water (if you need a mat, let us know)
