Summer Solstice Yoga Ceremony

Join us for a special morning to celebrate the International Day of Yoga and the Summer Solstice through a collective practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

In the yoga tradition, the number 108 carries deep symbolic and spiritual meaning. It is often associated with wholeness, connection, and transformation. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is considered a moving meditation — an opportunity to cultivate presence, express gratitude, release what no longer serves, and welcome a new cycle with intention. Each round becomes an invitation to connect breath, body, and mind.

This ceremony is designed as a shared experience to honor movement, the energy of the sun, and the spirit of yoga.

This event is open to all levels.

No previous experience is needed — the practice will be adaptable, and everyone will be able to choose the rhythm and intensity that feels right for them. You are welcome to take breaks, modify movements, and make the experience your own. The intention is not perfection, but participation and connection.

What to bring:

– Comfortable clothing

– Your yoga mat

– Something to drink / a water bottle

We look forward to sharing this meaningful morning of movement, energy, and community with you.

This is a donation-based event.
